Hello, there! Welcome to my little corner of the web. My name is Sarah, I’m an Italian girl who is studying and living in Toronto.
Are you a college student? Are you thinking about going abroad for a semester? Or maybe are you thinking about applying to a foreign college or university? If you’re looking for tips and tricks on how to do it, you’re in the right place!
Have you ever dreamed of moving to a foreign country? Are you seeking a life-changing adventure? Are you currently living abroad? Well, you’re in the right place too! You can find a lot of resources and personal stories about life overseas on this blog.
I started this blog right after I got my acceptance letter from college and while I was in the middle of applying to get my visa. I know how it is to be completely stressed out by choosing the right school or program for you, gathering all the documents you need, getting them translated, filling all the forms out. This can be even more overwhelming if you don’t know anyone who’s been through this process before and you don’t have anyone you can turn to for advice.
If you just started planning your time abroad, you should read things to consider before moving abroad.
Sarah in the Six is not just a collection of posts about my adventures abroad. I want to share what I learned from my experiences, the mistakes I’ve made (so you can avoid them) and the things I’ve done right (so you can try them yourself). I want to share some study tips, how to survive in a foreign place all by yourself and how to get ready to move abroad. Here you can find some useful resources.
